The agency, Adore, released CCTV footage of the greetings of Hani and Eilet, members of the group New Jins (NJZ), and the contents of the messenger conversation between Min Hee-jin and Hani.
On the morning of the 7th, the 50th Civil Affairs Department of the Seoul Central District Court held a temporary injunction interrogation date, including the preservation of agency status and the signing of advertising contracts filed by Audor against members of New Jin’s (Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, and Hyein).
Earlier on May 27, 2024, the members of New Jeans claimed that Eilet’s manager told Eilet members to “ignore” Hani without saying hello to Hani, and that Hive deleted the CCTV footage.
In response to the controversy over alleged “workplace harassment,” Odor released the video to the effect that “there was no workplace harassment, such as Irish ignoring Newgins.” In fact, according to CCTV footage released by Adore, members of Eyelet are greeting members in 90 degrees and passing by after seeing a member of New Jeans. In response, Adore said, “The video shows all three of us greeting Hani (Newzins member) at 90 degrees and entering the hallway, and bending 90 degrees to Danielle of Newzins, who is walking,” adding, “However, it is impossible to confirm the claim that the crime prevention camera video did not have a voice recording function, so there was a comment saying, ‘Ignore you’. CCTV images will be automatically deleted after 30 days of storage, and no additional scenes of meeting have been confirmed.

Adore also disclosed the contents of the messenger that Hani and Min Hee-jin, former CEO of Adore, shared in connection with the “I ignore you” remark. Hani also said, ‘All three members of Irish said hello.’ Hani said, “I heard your manager just pretend not to know and tell me to pass by,” but former CEO Min said, “Are you ignoring me? “Did everyone ignore you?” he claimed. “I raised the case with ‘Ignore you’.”
According to the released messenger, former CEO Min replied to Hani, who was talking about the situation at the time, saying, “Did everyone ignore you?” and “All the members of Eyelet ignored you.” When former CEO Min said, “Did your manager order you not to receive greetings?” Hani said, “I don’t remember exactly” when she said, “I ignore you.” At the same time, he replied, “It was a little funny to be honest rather than offended,” and “I really don’t care about them at all.”

However, unlike what Hani said to Min through a messenger in a live broadcast in September last year, Hani said, “I heard a comment from the manager, ‘I ignore you’. “I’m worried and scared about what else will happen in the future,” he said. The remarks were also mentioned in the October parliamentary audit.
In this regard, lawyer Odor said, “Hani told me to ignore it, unlike the contents of the Kakao Talk with former CEO Min on September 11th…”I’m worried and scared about what else will happen in the future,” Min said, adding, “I’m forcing Newzins to lie. Min raised the case with ‘Ignore’ the issue that Hani himself said was not a big problem.” The fact that the issue has been turned into a reason for the termination of the exclusive contract is nothing more than a false justification,” he pointed out.

Meanwhile, in the interrogation, Newzins reiterated Audor’s unreasonable discrimination and claimed, “We are trying to tie him up like slaves and kill him,” while Audor countered, “It makes no sense for a profit-seeking private company to bury (Ador’s) sole and major source of revenue on its own.”
In addition to refuting Eilet’s “Ignore You” remarks, Adore stressed that Newzins received 21 billion won from Hib, but there was full tangible and intangible support during the funeral and debut process. It also mentioned that the members of New Jeans received a settlement of 5 billion won per person last year.
