Regarding the claim that New Jins (NJZ) Hani was told to “ignore” by Billifrap manager, Audor refuted the claim by releasing CCTV footage on the same day.
At 10:30 a.m. on the 7th, the 50th Civil Affairs Department of the Seoul Central District Court held a date for an injunction interrogation, including the preservation of agency status and the signing of advertising contracts filed by Adore against Newgens members.
New Jeans (Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, and Hyein) entered the Seoul Central District Court at 10 a.m. wearing dark suits. Hani appeared relaxed greeting the crowd with a slight smile to see them, and Harin was also seen talking to her lawyer before the full-fledged trial.
In September last year, Hani claimed on Newzins YouTube Live that while waiting in the hallway of Hive’s office building, another Hive-affiliated label, Belief Lab, told him to “ignore.”
In this regard, a lawyer for Newzins said, “The Bilibrap manager said something to the effect of ‘ignoring and passing by’ in front of Hani, and three singers passed without saying hello. I asked Audor to confirm this case, but the rest of the scenes were not there after 30 days, but only the scene of greeting remained.
“When I asked the security team, they usually said hello when they first met, and when they met again, they didn’t say hello, so they only left one scene.” We have no choice but to consider that the video has been selectively deleted according to the instructions,” he said.
In response, Odor’s lawyer refuted the claim by revealing CCTV footage of girl group Eyelet from Billifrap greeting New Jeans in 90 degrees and conversations between former CEO Min Hee-jin and Hani.
Lawyer Odor said, “When I look at the conversation between Hani and former representative Min Hee-jin, Hani said, ‘I don’t remember well, but I think I just pretended not to know and told her to pass by.’ Then, former representative Min claimed, “Is the member of Eyelet ignoring you?” and “Ignore you.”
“Hani said, ‘Isn’t the media portraying our two teams as rivals within the company. I fully understand I didn’t feel bad,’ he said. This is the position of the real debtor (Newzins), and in this case, he is emerging as a great reason for termination,” he stressed.

Newzins and Adore have been in exclusive contract disputes since November last year. As of November 29 last year, Newzins notified Adore of the termination of the exclusive contract and announced that it would start its own activities under the new activity name ‘NJZ’. They announced the release of their new song at the “ComplexCon” in Hong Kong on the 23rd.
On the other hand, Adore’s exclusive contract with Newzins is valid until July 31, 2029. “Unilaterally claiming that trust has been broken cannot be a reason for termination,” Adore said, filing a lawsuit against Newzins on December 3 last year to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract. On January 6, he also applied for a ban on preserving the status of an agency and signing an advertising contract.
The injunction is to be recognized as a management company (planning company) under the exclusive contract until the first trial of the exclusive contract validity confirmation lawsuit filed by Adore at the Seoul Central District Court on December 3 last year.
In addition, it is a measure to prevent Newzins members from doing all entertainment activities such as advertising contracts and music activities independently without the approval or consent of Adore.
Meanwhile, the first pleading date for a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract between Odor and Newzins is scheduled for April 3.
