Group Newzins continues to make significant moves ahead of the exclusive contract litigation match with Adore.

On the same day, Hye-in also indirectly expressed her hard feelings. Currently, Newzins is set to compete for an exclusive contract with his agency, Adore.
Newzins said it was terminating its exclusive contract with Adore effective Nov. 29. Newzins insisted that he would use the trademark right as he did not feel the need for additional legal measures or penalties, such as applying for suspension of the exclusive contract because he violated the exclusive contract, and worked hard as Newzins.
In response, Adore filed a lawsuit to verify the validity of the contract, saying that there is no change in his desire to be with Newzins.
However, the industry is concerned about Newzins’ unilateral notification of his resignation. Major organizations, such as the Korea Entertainment Producers Association and the Korea Management Association, issued a series of statements saying, “‘Newzins is creating a crisis that could shake the foundation of K-pop with irresponsible and malicious absurd claims like raw fish.'”
Nevertheless, Newzins’ position remains the same. The members countered that they were no longer affiliated with Hive and Adore because they returned profits exceeding their investments. He also claimed that trust was destroyed by following, defrauding, and trying to alienate Min Hee-jin, former CEO of A-Door, and members of New Jeans.
At the same time, he tried to faithfully carry out the remaining schedule with Adore after the announcement of the termination of the exclusive contract, but the staff who helped him with the schedule criticized him for losing his laptop to Adore and Hive and for sudden investigation.
Channel A also reported that it had been informed that there were “unnecessary frequent interviews and bullying, and that managers were asked for their personal cell phones and forced to keep them in the office for more than three hours to prevent them from going home.”
