On the morning of the 7th, the 50th Civil Affairs Department of the Seoul Central District Court held a temporary injunction interrogation date, including the preservation of agency status and the signing of advertising contracts filed by Audor against members of New Jin’s (Minji, Hani, Daniel, Haerin, and Hyein).
The date of the provisional interrogation was held with all five members of the New Jeans and CEO Kim Joo-young of Adore in attendance. The injunction is aimed at preventing members of New Jeans from independently working with advertising contracts without the approval or consent of Adore, while being recognized as a management company (planning company) under the exclusive contract until the first trial ruling of the exclusive contract validity confirmation lawsuit filed by Adore at the Seoul Central District Court on December 3 last year.

Adore has claimed its exclusive contract with Newzins is valid until July 31, 2029, signaling a legal dispute.
